This page describes the information used to provide FormCanary’s authorized website lead-form monitoring service.
Information in an account
FormCanary uses account and agency workspace information, authorized form configuration and test details, scheduled check outcomes, and alert submission status to provide the service.
How monitoring uses that information
A check uses the form, test data, notification destination, and schedule authorized by the site owner or an agency acting for the client. Scheduled checks run using those saved details. Results describe the test that was observed.
Checks and notifications
Forms protected by CAPTCHA or other bot controls are unsupported; FormCanary does not solve or bypass those protections. A result that a form accepted a test does not prove that its notification reached an inbox. An alert marked submitted is not confirmation of inbox receipt.

FormCanary is operated by Stark Analytics LLC, 6601 Yale Street, Westland, MI 48185, USA. Governing law: State of Michigan, USA. Retention periods and service-provider arrangements are not specified here.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
